Hi, I’m Jessica Elliott, owner and head coach at Balance Point Fitness.
As a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, Pilates instructor, group fitness instructor, registered yoga teacher, and certified nutritionist, I’ve been helping clients transform their lives since 2015. My comprehensive training background allows me to address both fitness and nutrition needs, creating truly personalized experiences that balance effort with ease.
